What is CCCS

    CCCS (central computerized control system) is one of the latest control system Pan-Pioneer has developed for machinery motion control and sensory purpose.

   This system has been applied in full range of our production line, such as Drawing  , Extrusion , and Stranding /bunching machines for copper , aluminum , copper alloy, aluminum alloy, PVC wire, medium/high voltage cable, power cable and related products.

    The basic concept of the CCCS is that the control system can scan the condition of the whole system by either the pooling or the interrupt ways (depends on the priority of the condition being checked) , response and control the system promptly. With one high performance industrial PC and one with 32bits co-processor PLC( programmable logical controller) , the response time can be as short as several milliseconds. Meanwhile , the industrial PC also record all the operations and conditions of the system into DATABASE , thus to help the maintenance staff and Pan-Pioneer engineer for diagnosis or after service.
