1.3.3.) Rod breakdown machine Variable inlet wire drawing sizes and finishing wire drawing size just by ken-in the wire drawing sizes then the CCCS system will calculate and display the correct and corresponding die sequences on the TFT Touch screen.
1.3.4.) Human Error Free functionality : Any Error due to operator Key-in the data , for instance, data out of range , slip ratio incorrect , or try to change parameters while annealing machine and annealer is running, CCCS will discard the instruction from operator and warning on the TFT monitor.
1.3.5.) Rod breakdown machine Adjustable Slip ratio: There are two situation you may get advantage from special slip ratio setting
in case of special situation, CCCS allow operator
make special setting to overcome it. For example , if the finished wire
drawing is 4.2mm for example and which is far
from the capacity of normal operation, To achieve this goal, operator can do
the special setting as follows :

Remark : For traditional quick change mode, not enough torque to draw the over size wire drawing but the special slip mode can achieve this goal by reduce the load of the final capstan motor (the limitation is on final drawing capstan).
Slip on the final capstan may damage the finishing capstan easily or generate flaws on the surface of copper wire. Without Slip, there is no tolerance for synchronization, Therefore minimize the slip ratio while not break the wire drawing often, CCCS can compromise these situation by control the slip ratio precisely.
1.3.6.) Hybrid Drawing Mode : This
Rod breakdown machine mode is to compromise and take the merit of
both High speed drawing mode and Quick Change drawing mode. As we realize , the
advantage High speed mode is just as its name : Operate the annealing machine and annealer at it full
speed no matter the finishing wire
drawing sizes you set. To achieve this , you have to put a big motor to
overcome the worse case ( the max. finishing wire drawing size), however , as we under that most of time,
the products sizes is between the Max. and Min. wire drawing size this annealing
machine and annealer is designed for . Under such circumstance,
you lose the profit from the cost of a big motor as well as the electric bill
(caused by the bigger motor). The Rod breakdown machine quick
change mode is to overcome this flaw of high speed (single motor) design as
well as changing the final drawing die only while change the produces. The
disadvantage of quick die change mode is the line speed of this mode is
relatively slow compare to the High speed mode since it keep the drawing dies
at the same position and leave spare spaces close to the finishing die
position. Under such consideration , Rod breakdown machine we
develop a Hybrid mode to overcome such condition.
The theory of Hybrid mode is ,
generally speaking, is to utilize the maximum performance of this drawing annealing
machine and annealer by moving the die-sequence a couple
position forward until the system motor maximum capacity. The example is

4.2.) Finishing capstan:
4.2.1.) Install at the output of drawing annealing machine and annealer, same diameter as other drawing capstans
4.2.2.) Speed: speed can be adjusted by the CCCS and it operate speed synchronously with main motor. CCCS will calculate the corresponding speed of both main motor and final capstan motor that is based on the data from operator input via touch screen monitor or recalled from database stored in the CCCS database. CCCS will send the commends to both main motor drive and final capstan motor drive via high speed communication MOD bus which is immunized by noises which D/A A/D traditional communication cannot.
4.2.3.) Drawing dies arrangement: Rod breakdown machine
CCCS will supply one based line which is stored in its database, operator key-in the product wire drawing size to CCCS and CCCS will calculate the right die sequence and die location for operator, Meanwhile CCCS will show the productivity, the motor speeds of both main motor and final capstan motor as a references for operator.
Operator can key-in the slip ratio of the final capstan to keep the surface of the product is perfect condition meanwhile extend the lifetime of drawing dies.

5.7.2.) Annealing machine curve
can be fine tune for different applications. As we know , the annealing
machine curve for different wire
drawing size / material are not the same. Even the annealing machine
lubricant lever (in the annealing machine zone) , the pressure of
steam / nitrogen will affect the annealing machine curve, All this
variations are not considered for most of the annealing machine
technology nowadays, The way annealing machine device maker to “cure”
this flaw is increase the lubricant level , increase the steam pressure, and
higher annealing
machine output. This idea is based on the discolor occurs at the
annealing
machine zone, therefore raise the lubricant level with higher
pressure to prevent it. While raising the annealing machine lubricant level you need
more annealing
machine power to “heat” the wire
drawing when it is immersed in the lubricant (in the annealing
machine zone). Therefore, the result you get is : spend more
electricity while doing the same productivity.
Our approach to this problem is
ignore the lubricant level (therefore you can adjust the water level lower) and
steam pressure by tuning the annealing machine curve to “cure” the
discolor problem while keep good elongation.
All the information can be saved
in the database as well as the drawing die sequence, which can be recalled from
database if necessary.

Our new desing of Dual spool with auto change over device is to make this annealing machine and annealer more compact and easy installation, User just connect the three
wires(power source) then everything is set. This annealing
machine and annealer can be co-operate with either
high speed tandem line (for telephone cable) or the wire drawing drawing annealing machine and annealer (copper or aluminum) excepts these modifications above, it has more
User-friendly design :
8.2.1.) Built-In dancer / accumulator with highly sensitive air pressure
control valve. This design can let this annealing machine and annealer become a “complete”
set without anything needed. Built-In accumulator support the necessary speed
control signal therefore no external wirings needed to the main annealing
machine and annealer.
This is also a “universal”
take-up devices which is even not for cable rewinding only but can be used on
others production field, such as rope, tape…
Mod Bus High speed control technology which control the rotation of Dual
spooler by not as traditional way but via “Communicate with motor controller
with industry standard communication protocol which is also used in modem vehicle
such BMW , Benz…) This new approach is inevitable since it overcome all the
traditional signal flaws by just 2/4 wires which replace hundreds wires for
utilizing traditional technology . IOW, it is much more easier for diagnosis
and maintenances.
8.2.2.) This dual spooler can be used on different sizes of bobbins, such as 500/560/630mm and it is custom-design for more flexibility.
8.2.3.) All steps while changeover being executed is controlled by CCCS
which control the processes and calculate the corresponding by real situation,
such as current line speed, annealing machine condition ( for wire drawing drawing annealing
machine and annealer) , and cable diameter control system ( for
extrusion annealing
machine and annealer).
After calculation, CCCS will
optimize the best changeover condition and timing for executing changeover to
increase the changeover successful rate.

10.1.) Principle of operation:
10.1.1.) This double spooler is an independent spooling unit which operate synchronously with main device, such as extruder, wire drawing drawing annealing machine and annealer…etc.
10.1.2.) This has been achieved by the addition to the spooler of a wire drawing accumulator which, when filling or emptying, gives out signals for the necessary changes in the wire drawing speed.
10.1.3.) Operation Line will activate EM Stop once the position limited switch of accumulator be touched which is considered as either wire drawing is broken or synchronization is failed.
10.1.4.) This annealing machine and annealer supply auto changeover functionality for non-stop purpose. The changeover will occur when one side of the reel reach the full length and the other side is installed an empty reel for changeover.

10.6.4.) 2nd Rod breakdown machine pre-set length reached:
Before the total length reach the 2nd
pre-set length, traversing stand will keep operating in the middle of both [A]
and [B] reels.
During this period of time the
whole operation line (extrusion line or wire drawing drawing line) will slow down to pre-set line speed for higher
changeover successful rate. The line speed here can be set by operator before
operation as a constant value (, most of time) or the portion of current
operation line speed.
While full length almost reached ( controlled by CCCS and calculate by the current line speed), traversing guider will move to and stay at the inner side of traversing limitation meanwhile the whole traversing stand will move to the opposite side of the reel which is ready for rewound the wire. Wire drawing is caught by the clip on [B] plate and cut by sharp steel blade fixed in the middle of [A] Rod breakdown machine and [B] Rod breakdown machine .
After changeover complete, Length Counter will be reset and start counting, The whole production line will speedup to its pre-set value. The Rod breakdown machine traversing stand will move back to the middle of both reel and traversing between the limit-switches at both side of the reel width.
10.6.5.) Both automatic and manual changeovers, which are provided in case
faulty occurs.

10.7.1.) Unit of counting: 1 meter per Rod breakdown machine count.
10.7.2.) Counter: digital type with 6 figures, included with 2 steps of presetting for length reaches built-in CCCS and set by key-in from TFT touch screen monitor.

3.13.1.) Standard: A Rod breakdown machine rotation stick, whose speed is control by the rewinding speed / manual.

Weight balancer type : Two-side weight balancer one is in the barrel and another is outside the carrier, both of them tied on two terminal of a rope and hang on a rotation device whose speed is control by the rewinding speed / manual setting. The weight balancer, which stay inside the carrier will “lift-up” by the increasing copper loading all the way from empty carrier to full loaded.(option)
3.13.3.) Folk lifter type : The Rod breakdown machine folk
lifter will insert the carrier with a wooden / steel plate on it from the top
of the carrier, the distance between the wire
drawing rewinding drum to the top of the rewound copper (which is on
the top of the carrier plate) will keep Rod breakdown machine constant
distance by lowing the position of the folk lifter to guarantee the traversing
condition remain the same from the beginning to the end..
The traditional Rod
breakdown machine traversing way can not keep the constant distance
between the coiling drum to the top of the rewound copper wire drawing (in the carrier) since the height will decrease
because the height of rewound copper wire
drawing is getting more and more. This will cause the traversing
condition between the bottom of the carrier and the top of the carrier are
different.
