This range of size extruders are specially designed for the following purposes :    1)Color Strip    2)Color Skin    3)Electronic Wire

Color Strip : This is the most common usage for this extruder. Therefore , it should combine with a main extruder normally. As you can see, from the photo, we design it as a portable unit. It is very considerate since you can install it with any  main extruder which need color strip function.

   2)Color Skin : This is for cost-down purpose. As you know , the price of the coloring PVC material is much higher than the material with genuine color. Base on this concept , Cable/wire makers would just make their cable/wire with a very thin color skin with a genuine color material inside. Therefore , What they can do now is to put the genuine color PVC material into the feeding cable machine for the main extruder and the one with coloring in the auxiliary extruder for color-skin purpose.

   3)Electronic Wire : For some of our customers , their production is just for the electronic devices . Therefore they do not need bigger extruder instead of a high-speed , non-stop , delicate cable machine instead . Thus , this is the one they are looking for . With minor modifications this auxiliary extruder can become a main extruder and work alone.
