A. 90mm + 40mm extrusion machine extruder Main Specification

1.1.) Insulation: For PVC / PE / XLPE extrusion machine with co-extruder wihci is for cable color strip .

1.2.) New Features:

1.2.1.) CCCS Extrusion machine Temperature control system. All temperature is integrated in CCCS system one temperature sensor box, which simplify the wiring job, maintenance and error diagnosis.

1.2.2.) RS485 communication technology applied instead of traditional thermal couple signal transmission, which is interfered easily.

1.2.3.) Laser Gauge with Extrusion machine speed close loop control unit which is utilized when take-up reel changeover happen, slowing down the extrusion machine speed and keeping constant cable diameter (option)

1.2.4.) Either operator press “changeover” push button or Counter “full length” being reached will activate the reel changeover instruction.

1.2.5.) Adjustable position (centering) of 40mm co-extruder for easy operation.

1.2.6.) Extrusion machine Quick color change device is equipped.

1.2.7.) Human-Error Elimination: CCCS will check the parameters set by User and will generate warning signals to User.

1.2.8.) Safety interlock: all the emergency, error signals, and failure are interlock, anyone of them generated will cause extrusion machine stop. CCCS will diagnosis the system and display the solution of termination.

1.3.) Sheathing:

1.3.1.) 2 to 3 cores NYMHY : 2x1.5, 2x2.5, 3x1.5, 3x2.5 square meter.

1.3.2.) Flat wires: NYIFY with max. sheathed outside sizes:
4.4x12.5 mm , 5x13.5mm , 4.4x19mm , 5.5x21.5mm .

1.3.3.) Flat acc. to BS6004: 4.4x7.5mm , 2x8.4mm , 4.4x9.8mm , 5.2x11.5mm .

1.4.) Materials: For extrusion of PVC, PE, NYLON, and LSHF material.
