4.] Detail specifications:

4.1.) Drum lock/release:

4.1.1.) cantilever payoff / takeup stand Shaft less type, drum lock or release are done by two cantilever arms each side. Open and close of arms done by a pair of screws and driven by 400W motor with reduction motor each side. (Model PH-10 1000mm pay off stand is done by handle screws)

4.1.2.) Operation: cantilever payoff / takeup stand For up/down and open/close of drum, just operate a 4-way directions switch on each side of the arms.

4.1.3.) A select switch is provided cantilever payoff / takeup stand for Independent and/or synchronous operation on each side of arms.

4.1.4.) A slip type torque limit to be fitted on cantilever payoff / takeup stand each driven unit to getting a just locking tension on the bobbin

4.1.5.) Drum lock end: with diameter 80mm for standard. Additional lock ends with different sizes are available by option

4.2.) Drum loading/unloading:

4.2.1.) cantilever payoff / takeup stand Push up of drum are done by a hydraulic cylinders each side of fork arms.

4.2.2.) Hydraulic cylinder: oil pressure 70Kg/c㎡

4.2.3.) Limit switch: both up & down positions of both stands are provided to protect the limit positions avoid damaged of drums and machine

4.3.1.) Application: to supply cantilever payoff / takeup stand high pressure oil for hydraulic cylinders of bobbin push up

4.3.2.) Complete cantilever payoff / takeup stand with high pressure pump and piping
