 Laying Up Machine

 

 

  This type of machine is perfect for the back-twist purpose since it wonˇ¦t twist the cables during binding them up. This is because , as you can see , it always keep the cradles on the machine at horizontal position during operation. It is used, generally speaking , as a binding machine for cables which are either composed of bunches of small cables / wires or cables which are formed as sector type ( no matter it is pre-twist sector type or none pre-twist sector type). Therefore, it  usually is regarded as the binding machine for last process. After that , the wire will go to extrusion line for shielding.

  Basically , there are two models, one is with 3 cradles on the machine , the other is with 6 cradles , just like the picture showing above. Whether you choose 3 cradles or 6 cradles depends on the purpose you would like the machine do for you. If you focus on the 3 or 4 core sector wire , then the 3 cradles one is what you should pick. If you are doing some communication cable ( hundreds of wires bound in one cable) , then 6 cradle type could be your choice. 

  Except the difference of the cradles , Therefore are also two types of this machine , In the early ages , It is just only mechanical linking type. Which means , with one long shaft , every moving parts of this machine activated simultaneously with a big gear box to switch the speed you want. This is a reliable but bulky design. Besides the alignment to the machine is also a big problem since the shaft goes through the whole machine , therefore , it is hard for maintenance. Since the electronic devices develop so fast , Pan-Pioneer promote our CCCS system which can synchronize every parts of the machine with individual driving system , such as the motors, tension controls, and etc.
