According the theory of how to anneal the copper wire , we can realize the quantity of the copper being annealed should be proportion to the energy the   annealing machine and annealer output . It seems very straightforward and easy to understand however it is very difficult , in reality , to  control the output of the   annealing machineand annealer machine  proportional to the machine speed. Most manufacturers , based on their lack of relative knowledge , claim they also can do as what I describe above . However , they do only control either the  annealing machine voltage or the   annealing machine current instead of control the output power (KW/Hr) . The results of this kind of control are :

    1) The   annealing machine condition of the copper during the machine  speedup and slow down become unstable. This cause some wire need be discarded for each reel.


    2) To avoid the situation as described in 1), They have to put more energy to the   annealing machine and annealer to "make sure" all the wire are "soft enough or the elongation is enough". This may save some copper wire , compared to the situation 1) , however rod breakdown machine is lose more from the electricity. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the color of the wire turning red or even black due to the extra energy being used while   annealing machine , more steam or nitrogen gas (depending of the way you isolate the air from the broiling copper wire) being use and bigger cooling rod breakdown machine is is also requirement.

1.1.3.) Variable inlet wire sizes and finishing wire size just by ken-in the wire sizes then the Rod Breakdown Machine CCCS system will calculate and display the correct and corresponding Rod Breakdown Machine sequences on the TFT Touch screen.

1.1.4.) Human Error Free functionality : Any Error due to operator Key-in the data , for instance, data out of range , slip ratio incorrect , or try to change parameters while machine is running, Rod Breakdown Machine CCCS will discard the instruction from operator and warning on the TFT monitor.

1.1.5.) Adjustable Slip ratio : There are two situation you may get advantage from special slip ratio setting

in case of special situation, Rod Breakdown Machine CCCS allow operator make special setting to overcome it. For example , if the finished wire is 4.2mm for example and which is far from the capacity of normal operation, To achieve this goal, operator can do the special setting as follows :

   Remark : For traditional quick change mode, not enough torque to draw the over size wire but the special slip mode can achieve this goal by reduce the load of the final capstan motor (the limitation is on final drawing capstan).

Slip on the final capstan may damage the finishing capstan easily or generate flaws on the surface of copper wire. Without Slip, there is no tolerance for synchronization, Therefore minimize the slip ratio while not break the wire often, Rod Breakdown Machine CCCS can compromise these situation by control the slip ratio precisely.

1.1.6.) Hybrid Drawing Mode : This mode is to compromise and take the merit of both High speed drawing mode and Quick Change drawing mode. As we realize , the advantage High speed mode is just as its name : Operate the machine at it full speed no matter the finishing wire sizes you set. To achieve this , you have to put a big motor to overcome the worse case ( the max. finishing wire size), however , as we under that most of time, the products sizes is between the Max. and Min. wire size this machine is designed for . Under such circumstance, you lose the profit from the cost of a big motor as well as the electric bill (caused by the bigger motor). The quick change mode is to overcome this flaw of high speed (single motor) design as well as changing the final drawing Rod Breakdown Machine only while change the produces. The disadvantage of quick Rod Breakdown Machine change mode is the line speed of this mode is relatively slow compare to the High speed mode since it keep the drawing Rod Breakdown Machine at the same position and leave spare spaces close to the finishing Rod Breakdown Machine position. Under such consideration , we develop a Hybrid mode to overcome such condition.
  The theory of Hybrid mode is , generally speaking, is to utilize the maximum performance of this drawing machine by moving the Rod Breakdown Machine-sequence a couple position forward until the system motor maximum capacity. The example is showing follows:
